Our transparent process, from demo to delivery
Every project with Burtons Curbside Service LLC begins with a free demo. This allows you to review the actual work before any payment is made. Once you approve the demo and we agree on a price, that price is fixed and represents a one-time payment. We guarantee no hourly surprises, no unexpected charges for scope creep, and absolutely no monthly fees after the project's completion.
Following agreement, we establish a clear delivery timeline upfront, typically within 2–4 business days, though this can vary based on project complexity. This ensures you always know what to expect and when your project will be ready. Upon final delivery, you are not immediately locked in. We provide a defined window for you to review the project against what was demoed and agreed upon. If anything doesn't match our initial agreement, we will fix it at no extra cost, ensuring you only pay for what you have approved. Our process is designed to place the risk on us, not you, fostering trust through tangible results rather than just contractual obligations.

Your role in a swift project delivery
To ensure timely project delivery, we require a few key inputs from your side. Initially, a clear understanding of your vision, even a rough description, is invaluable; we will help refine the scope during the quote process. Any existing branding materials, such as your logo, brand colors, and current content, are also essential. Crucially, timely feedback is needed once we share the demo and again during the revision window. Our delivery timelines are based on quick turnarounds, so any delays are typically due to waiting for information or approval from the client. The faster you can review the demo, confirm details, or respond to questions, the quicker we can deliver your finished project. We commit to clearly communicating exactly what we need from you and when, eliminating any guesswork regarding project progress.

Managing scope changes and delays
If the scope of a project changes after we have agreed on a price—for example, if you decide to add new pages, features, or functionality beyond the original quote—we will clearly communicate this and provide an updated quote for the additional work. Nothing will be added to your bill without your prior agreement and approval of any added costs. Our commitment is to ensure you are never surprised by a cost or a timeline. Any modification to either will be discussed and agreed upon with you before it is implemented, not after. If an unexpected delay occurs on our end, we will proactively inform you with an updated timeline as soon as we become aware of it, ensuring you are always kept informed about your project's status.
